How does the redemption code work?
After buying, you receive a code by email within 24 hours (initial launch is manual fulfilment, automated soon). Paste it into the field above. It adds the sessions for your pack to this device. Once user accounts launch, sessions sync across your devices automatically.
What counts as a session?
One full Dilts walk for one coachee, from Environment up to Mission, with the alignment diagnosis. You can return to the same session as many times as you like before saving. Only saving consumes a credit.
Why is the 20-pack the best value?
At €7.50 a session it is the lowest per-session rate, and 20 sessions covers a full active coaching year for most coaches. A typical active coach runs 20 to 40 Dilts sessions annually; the 20-pack fits that range cleanly without leaving credits stranded.
Do credits expire?
No hard expiry during the early access period. Once the product stabilises, a 12-month window from first redemption will apply. You will receive notice before any change takes effect.
What about data and GDPR?
By default everything is local in your browser. AI calls go to Anthropic (US, processor, SCC). Save and share are opt-in. Server logs deleted after 14 days. Full details on the privacy page.
Refunds?
14 days, no questions, on all pack purchases. If you have not redeemed the code, full refund. Partial use: pro-rated on unused sessions.
Is this NLP?
The model is by Robert Dilts, an NLP author, but this is not an NLP product. We dropped the neurological framing (no scientific basis) and built around what is actually useful: cross-level coherence diagnosis. Reviewed with practitioners.
