Kurzfassung

Diese App speichert deine Eingaben standardmäßig nur lokal in deinem Browser (localStorage). Wenn du auf einen AI-Knopf drückst, wird der relevante Text an Anthropic (USA, Auftragsverarbeiter) gesendet, um eine Antwort zu erzeugen. Wir setzen keine Tracker, keine Cookies, keine Analyse-Werkzeuge ein.

Welche Daten

• Deine Antworten in der App. Bleiben lokal im Browser (localStorage), bis du sie löschst oder den Browserspeicher räumst.
• Optional: Name. Wenn du einen Namen eingibst, wird er nur lokal gespeichert. Beim Klicken von "Verlauf speichern" wird er zusammen mit deinen Antworten serverseitig gespeichert.
• AI-Anfragen an Anthropic. Wenn du eine AI-Frage anforderst (Coach, Sort, Align, Mission), wird der relevante Text an die Anthropic-API gesendet (Modelle: Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.7). Anthropic verarbeitet die Anfrage und gibt eine Antwort zurück. Anthropic verwendet API-Eingaben gemäß seiner aktuellen Richtlinie nicht zum Training.
• Server-Logs. Der Server protokolliert Standard-Webzugriffe (IP, Zeitpunkt, abgerufene URL) zur Betriebssicherheit. Diese werden nach 14 Tagen gelöscht.
• Verlauf, optional. Wenn du auf "Verlauf speichern" klickst, wird dein gesamtes Profil auf dem Server unter deinem Namen als JSON-Datei gespeichert. Du kannst dies jederzeit per E-Mail an die Adresse im Impressum löschen lassen.
• Geteilte Links, optional. Wenn du auf "Teilen" klickst, wird dein Profil unter einer zufälligen ID auf dem Server gespeichert und ein Link erzeugt. Wer den Link hat, kann das Profil lesen. Löschung auf Anfrage.

Auftragsverarbeiter

Anthropic PBC, USA. Verarbeitet AI-Anfragen. Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Basis der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Anthropic-Privacy-Policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

Hosting. Der Server steht in Deutschland.

Was wir nicht tun

• Keine Cookies (auch keine "technisch notwendigen").
• Keine Tracking-Pixel, kein Google Analytics, kein Matomo, kein Facebook-Pixel.
• Kein Verkauf oder Weitergabe von Daten an Dritte außer an die genannten Auftragsverarbeiter.
• Keine Werbung.

Deine Rechte

Nach DSGVO hast du Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Beschwerde bei der Aufsichtsbehörde. Kontakt für alle Anfragen: siehe Impressum.

Coach-Sitzungen mit Join-Code

Manche Teilnehmenden erhalten von ihrem Coach einen Join-Code (Format SL-XXXX-XXXX), um an einer Gruppenveranstaltung teilzunehmen. Wenn du einen solchen Code verwendest, gelten zwei zusätzliche Verarbeitungsschritte:

• Anonyme Gruppen-Übersicht. Deine Antworten auf die sieben Ebenen und das Kohärenz-Ergebnis werden ohne Namen oder anderen Bezeichner in einer aggregierten Übersicht zusammengefasst, die ausschließlich dem Coach der Sitzung angezeigt wird. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse des Coaches an einer anonymen Auswertung der Gruppenarbeit (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
• Optionale Einzelprofil-Weitergabe. Am Ende der Sitzung kannst du per Opt-in-Checkbox (Standard: deaktiviert) zustimmen, dass dein vollständiges Profil (alle sieben Antworten und die Kohärenz-Diagnose) namentlich dem Coach zugänglich gemacht wird. Ohne aktive Zustimmung wird kein Einzelprofil übermittelt. Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst diese Einwilligung jederzeit per E-Mail an die Adresse im Impressum widerrufen.

Die Selflever App ist ein Coaching-Werkzeug und kein validiertes Persönlichkeits- oder Diagnoseinstrument. Sie ersetzt keine therapeutische oder medizinische Beratung. Bei akuten Krisen wende dich an Fachpersonen.

Summary

By default, this app stores your input only locally in your browser (localStorage). When you press an AI button, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic (USA, processor) to generate a response. We use no trackers, no cookies, no analytics.

What data

• Your answers in the app. Stay local in your browser (localStorage) until you clear them or wipe browser storage.
• Optional: name. If you enter a name, it is stored locally only. If you click "Save history", it is sent to the server with your answers.
• AI requests to Anthropic. When you request an AI question (Coach, Sort, Align, Mission), the relevant text is sent to the Anthropic API (models: Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.7). Under Anthropic's current policy, API inputs are not used for model training.
• Server logs. The server logs standard web access data (IP, timestamp, URL) for operational integrity. Logs are deleted after 14 days.
• History, optional. If you click "Save history", your full profile is stored on the server under your name as a JSON file. You can request deletion at any time via the email in the imprint.
• Shared links, optional. If you click "Share", your profile is stored on the server under a random ID and a link is generated. Anyone with the link can read the profile. Deletion on request.

Processors

Anthropic PBC, USA. Processes AI requests. Transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic privacy policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

Hosting. Server located in Germany.

What we do not do

• No cookies (not even "strictly necessary").
• No tracking pixels, no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Facebook pixel.
• No sale or sharing of data with third parties beyond the processors named above.
• No advertising.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Contact for all requests: see imprint.

Coach sessions with join code

Some attendees receive a join code (format SL-XXXX-XXXX) from their coach to participate in a group event. Using such a code triggers two additional processing steps:

• Anonymous group summary. Your answers to the seven levels and the coherence result are included in an aggregated overview, without your name or any other identifier, shown only to the coach of that session. Legal basis: the coach's legitimate interest in an anonymised analysis of the group work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Optional individual profile sharing. At the end of the session, you can use an opt-in checkbox (default: off) to consent to sharing your full profile (all seven answers and the coherence diagnosis) with the coach by name. Without active consent, no individual profile is transmitted. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing the address in the imprint.
